Hello, I wanted to write my experience and frustration of buying my pc from Novatech. I brought this pc back in April 2024 top of the line Pc, Rtx 4090, Ryzen processor etc it cost me over £3000 which is a lot of money. Since I've had the pc it keeps crashing after about 4-5 hours, this was happening since I've had it. I was first told to run my pc for 24hours on using Aida64 extreme and I used occt to test for stability which I thought was overkill etc It's been back to the repair centre twice now, would of been a third time, but just sent the GPU back. Both times the GPU has gone faulty and died, unlucky yes, but the cards were faulty. I finally got the GPU replaced with a brand new one, luckily this one is working. But the problem keeps happening with my pc crashing after 4-5 hours use. I rang up and was told to uninstall Corsair IQ software, as this could be causing my pc to crash (strange considering Corsair software is made for the cooler and lighting, but okay) again it's crashed on me again, I kind of felt a bit fobbed off really, telling me a 4090 can't handle wu-kong etc that kind of baffled me tbh a 4090 with Ryzen 9 9700x and 32gb of ddr5? That was one of the games I was playing and Disney speed storm, which it crashed on, it also crashes when you are just on the desktop or looking at gamepass etc it shouldn't be doing that. There is something fundamentally wrong with this pc, since the first week or so. I would just like to say I can't fault James for trying to deal with the issue, I'm not faulting the customer service on that part, with sorting collection and delivery, but it's gotten to a point now where, I'm truly at my wit's end, it's not even a quick turn around either when I first sent it back told turn around was 6-7 days ended up being 2 weeks, and again this was also the case. I can't plug an external harddrive in with out it crashing too, which is odd considering on my old pc this harddrive works fine with no crashing. I had an NZXT built pc and had no issues at all, which my son now has and works fine. I did ask for an exchange as the pc kept crashing, but was told it's out of the 30 days, that wasn't that long after I'd purchased it. This is my third pc I've owned now, and it's by far the worst and the most expensive. For the money I have paid, it should work 100% no crashing etc, yes I've been unlucky with GPU, it happens I guess, is there a possibility it's the motherboard I don't know, or the power supply, again I don't know. All I do is play games on it and to be honest I don't get chance to play on it that much due to work commitments. All I want is a pc that doesn't crash and give critical errors BSOD errors all the time. I've tried reinstall windows etc from my side and it's still doing it, I've reseated the ram and graphics card to make sure, but still the crashing is persistent. I'm hoping someone in management is reading this review, so they can reach out to me and get my pc sorted properly, I've asked for replacement and been refused, apparently tests on the motherboard and power supply have been done so what's causing the issue? I can't give it more than one star as the pc just doesn't work as intended, it will need to go back again I imagine, I don't really want to involve a third party to get involved. Please Novatech sort my PC out or replace it because the reason I brought it from you was because of the reviews I had read and reputation.
