Usual great service from Novatech. Their website is informative and easy to use. And, although I didn't need it this time, friendly advice is always available.

Got exactly what I paid for. The delivery was done without any hassles.

Easy and quick transaction done online, would have preferred to have been kept up to date with how the order was going, didn't hear anything until it was despatched. The order was well packaged and arrived promptly.

Having had previous good experience with this company in the past, very dissapointed with the service this time round. Having ordered a system specifically choosing parts that were in stock to ensure the 5 day build estimated was achievable. 8 working days later, with unanswered chat and email support requests I have to call to find out 1 part is not in stock and would require another 4 or 5 days minimum before shipping. Delays and mistakes are fine but the lack of communication is frustrating. I would expect at a minimum to be kept informed of delays and issues. Especially when paying for next day delivery, makes it a waste of money. I'm sure when it finally arrives there will be no issue but hard to recommend based on the service experienced.

Have used the company a number of times stretching back probably two decades and never had any problems so far with any of the hardware I've ordered.
