I ordered a new gaming PC, based on one of the stock models but with a few tweaks. It was delivered on time, communication was quick and efficient as well when I emailed with a couple of queries. My only criticism is that the order tracking system is a bit basic and was showing a status of "Back Order/Being Built" most of the time, so it wasn't clear where in the process it was.

Ordered some HDD mounts, (some was out of stock). completely forgot I'd ordered them so was a supprise when they arrived. would have been better if I'd recieved notification of the dispatch but, they arrived well packaged so I've no complaints to be honest. would I recommend.. YES definately.

the Star Rating can change when I finally get my PAYPAL refund sorted - it's only been TWO weeks now...!!! Last person promising to look into this and call me back was Sam this morning - September 02 2024! I've never in all my years of using Novatech experienced this amount of sloppiness...!!!

Swift prompt service

A very average company in my opinion. I purchased their best PC which has been having trouble freezing, corrupting the operation, downgrading the graphics. The wait time to speak to people is long, the service department doesn’t have any feedback while they’ve got your computer, I’m Now a week since dropping my computer and I called and they haven’t even looked at it yet. Absolutely shocking customer service. So the 7 days they say to have problems turned around and I don’t even have a diagnosis. Further updates to follow as I go through this process, but at the moment, very poor indeed
