Very Helpful and professional service

I order a pc that was built to specifications. I already had windows operating system, so did not require one. When I transferred/installed my existing hard drives across, I discovered so much missing software for the motherboard supplied, that 5 devices put together by Novatech were not recognised. Absolutely appalling. Took time to research on line for the software components since there was known issues as well, then upload the correct drivers and software updates. I felt I had gone back in time to the 1990s when I was building my own PCs. Should never happen today.

Good communication. All done very quickly and no problems with product or delivery. Just a good all round experience.
