Very helpful information from the operator who assisted me

Purchased a new custom-build PC from them after a few years of not needing anything. Previously had good experiences with them (bad components not withstanding). Paid a little extra for the rush-build option, and then phoned up on the 3rd day after noticing that the web site only said "on back order / to be built". Spoke to customer services who said that the PC was built and now in test, and - lo and behold - it was shipped out later that day. Very good packaging and everything works fine.

Immediate help in finding the right replacement component and delivery the next day.

Great product, great price, great service. I've used Novatech for many years and they continue to have good service. This was a bespoke gaming machine. I bought some parts separately from them and they were happy enough to configure the machine ready for the parts I was going to add. I was able to contact the build team and they were super helpful. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I had a great experiance in using Novatech, especially as someone with learning difficuties, Michael was Incredible and took their time with me buing my first gaming PC. Michael adviced his recommendations on what I was looking for, and explained each part as well as I was unsure on what to expect.
