I received the wrong order
I received the wrong order. I called customer service and I was probably on the phone for 3 minutes. They let me keep what they sent and sent me a new shipment with my order. Honestly, 100% satisfied with the customer service.

Backpack came a lot sooner than…
Backpack came a lot sooner than anticipated which was a huge plus. Have yet to use it in a day to day basis, but purely based on its design and composition I’m already falling in love with it. Has a a lot of roomy cargo space with quite a few little pockets to ensure you can pack everything needed.

Items came on time
Items came on time. One item wasn't sent but they sent me extra of something else. They immediately sent me the right product after I called them about the mistake.

Just got the product
Just got the product. Took my first doasge today so too early to comment on it. But the delivery was quick even tho my only option was one I would have not gone with. Some sort of express delivery that resulted in an addition $8. I'm cool with snail mail if it saves me a few dollars.
