quality has gone down hill. they feel light and cheap. plastic lenses.

I had purchased a pair of glasses for my 8yo son and ordered the wrong pair. (This was my fault) their customer service department immediately responded to me and addressed my issue. They helped me to refund and cancelled my order within 30 minutes or ordering the wrong pair I was refunded and ordered the correct pair! 5 star service. As for the glasses they are a Christmas gift for my son so we will have to update our review after he gets the gift of seeing correct colors! Thank you EnChroma team!

You had ups deliver to USPS which in aspen has a mountain of mail and may deliver or return according to their personnel

I bought 4 different ones to see how each would improve my outdoor sports vision. After choosing the best fit, I sent the other 3 back. I don't expect miracles, but I think they'll help a little.
