Had the most lovely experience with these as a gift for a colourblind relative. They were so appreciated, highly recommend this as a Christmas or birthday gift. Really good price as well in my opinion

The company's terrible pricing policy
The company's terrible pricing policy. 10 months ago I flew to Kuala Lumpur and bought glasses for $300. Today I flew to the city on business and decided to update the lenses, as there were scratches on them. Lens replacement costs $290. Are you serious??? Allegedly, they will be specially cut out for my frame. If I had known about their policy, I would not have bought these glasses a year ago. In fact, they don't change color much. If you want to but haven't bought it yet, it's better not to buy it. I don't understand their attitude to their clients. Instead of selling new glasses to your loyal audience in such an ugly way, it's better to give them privileges and we will be your ambassadors
There support team is not up to the task of dealing with customers.
There glasses are promising, but o dear, there customer service is not up to the task of handeling support request. I think they have just a few people on straf. I requested a return, they came back to me with the promise to send me a return label within 48 hours, 6 days later, no return label. I mailed them many times requesting an explanation of the delay, but did not receive any response whatsoever. I'm sure they're not willingly defrauding people, but if you wanne do business, your customer care team need to be up to the task. It makes or breaks your reputation, and if you ask me, they are breaking there's. I'm gonna file a claim with Paypal to get my money back. What a shame it has to go that way. I liked to order the correct glasses for my eyes, but oh dear, that's not gonna happen.
Really bad customer support and returns
Some of the worst customer support I've ever encountered - I've known my entire life I'm red weak, all red colours are really dark. Finally decided to try glasses and the Enchroma test said I was Deutranope (Green weak). These days the test says strong Protanope (Red weak), guess they fixed it. Not an expert so no way I could know they're different without a long search. I ordered the recommended Green weak glasses, they did nothing, looked up the terminology and decided to try for replacements as the test had made a mistake. Their customer support blocked me at every stage, took vast amounts of time to answer queries, stalled and told me it would cost more to return them than I'd paid for them (in the UK). This was in 2020 - but I tried talking to them again a few years later after Covid and got an equally bad response. The stupidly expensive glasses are sitting on a shelf unused. Maybe their Protanope glasses work great? But their customer support will avoid any kind of refund or exchange at all costs! Date was before earliest date I could enter on the site.
Klappt nicht + Extrakosten
Leider hat die Brille überhaupt nicht funktioniert bei mir. Die Qualität riecht nach China-Ware. Dazu musste ich eine Zollgebühr bezahlen, da die Brille aus den USA zu mir gekommen ist :/
Standards have really dropped
I received my latest pair of EnChroma glasses (Tilden matte grey) and immediately knew they were really cheaply made. My last pair of EnChroma glasses had frames made in Italy. This latest pair had frames made in China. The glasses arrived in a cheaply made generic case that was obviously made for a wide variety of styles. These truly are cheap and nasty glasses that seem very fragile. These new glasses will not stand the test of time. I really suggest people consider other options.

Refund after proving receipt of glasses
Ordered a pair of glasses for my red-green blind partner. He hated them, saying that they make everything look oddly coloured. Sent them back, no refund until I sent them the confirmation from Royal Mail that they had received the glasses. Refund was issued on the same day. So, it's a shame they didn't work - I think they may be overselling the experience a bit. But at least we got our money back, so all is good.
Dont work and you won’t get a refund
Dont work, and 5 e-mails further and no refund. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY, I will now have to put a lawyer on them to get my money back.
