FIGS always does a great job for us - we have 20 team members and we outfit all of them in FIGS. We use their personalization option, which everyone loves. And we always get compliments on our tooth logo on the left sleeve!

Figs has become very disappointing

I placed an order that wasn't shipped for 7 days. After day 5 I requested for the order to be cancelled but was advised by customer service that the window for cancellations is 1 hour after ordering. This is absurd in my opinion, especially since my order was still "processing" even after 5 days which basically means that it's still in the warehouse. This will likely be my last time ordering from Figs which is truly disappointing.
