Love the comfortably of Figs.

I like figs scrubs fit, I have a lot of them. Colors are great and the fabrics are high quality. I HATE that you only make a few of any one color; if you do not look every day, things sell out quickly. I really wanted a Trauma Llama t-shirt and they sold out in my size when I saw it. This happens with lots of items. I also wish you had not stopped making most of your products in a given color - the sweater jacket, puffy jackets, etc no longer seem to come in multiple colors that match the new scrub colors..

Easy to order and great price

Very bad experience with costumer care for second consecutive time. I ordered a couple of items and made the option provided to pay an additional £5gbp for an assured 5 day delivery( you can check the website). I placed the order on the 21/03/2025. It is now 29/03/2025 and my items have yet to be delivered. They now point the delay towards the reason that DHL has had issues with same. I now do not expect my ordered items to reach me until 03/04/2025 or exactly 2 weeks after placing my order. I have messaged them to enquire about the matter few days ago and the only answers i get are alibis to defend their company delivery process. Do not let your costumers pay more for services you cant provide and fulfill! Very very disappointing.
