Garbage
Shipping takes forever, customer service doesn't exist with this company. The email support is handled by iditos. All terrible company. Sucks because the scrubs are great.
Non existent customer service
Non existent customer service, non intuitive exchange system. Apparently you have to put the size you want exchanged to in the notes section, although there is nothing telling you to do so. There is no prompt asking what size you would like exchanged to. This all had to be done via follow up email, which might as well be snail mail. The first response was a generic link to do returns, because my email wasn't read through properly. This process needs to be automated and they should have online chat if they are never going to pick up the phone. They have such high demand for products but seems like they are running the operation out of a home office. srsly scale up your business or lose customers. Also size your clothing properly and you wouldn't have so many customers looking for exchanges! Notice to potential buyers, it runs small.

Never dealt with such horrible customer service, or actually LACK there of. Want to love this company but when you take so long to get an response from a company it’s very hard to want to do business with them. This will definitely hurt this company if it continues.
Get your scrubs elsewhere!
The past 2 stories of a terrible return process are also my experience. I tried to exchange but they have not yet told me they got my return in the mail- yet I know via FedEx they have. I have emailed them multiple times with no response. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. Get your scrubs elsewhere!
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, needed to make an exchange, sent back my product, waited 2 weeks with no response. Emailed multiple times with no response, sent another email asking why I had received no response and within a day I got an automated email saying they had received my return, now nearly three weeks later. Finally a couple days after received an email that my items had shipped. Very poor response to emails, I also left a voice mail message on their difficult to find phone number that was never returned. It's too bad because their product is great.

I placed an order and when I received the top and bottom I didn’t like how they fit so I returned the items. 3 weeks later and no refund so I contacted customer service and she said that I didn’t put the size and color of the new items I wanted and that’s why nothing processed. This makes NO sense considering I want to return for refund which is what I put on the form. I contacted several more times with no response and still haven’t received my refund
Worst customer Service
Worst customer Service I have ever encountered. Returned a scrub top over two months ago for exchange and have yet to receive the exchanged top. Have tried to contact the company 3 times through email with NO RESPONSE. (They don’t post a phone number for you to contact them) Almost three months later and I still have no top, no refund and now I’m stuck with scrub pants I can’t use because I’m outside the 30 day window to return those. Not to mention the restocking fee they charge for returns even if I could return them. Finally went on an internet search for a corporate phone number and guess what? Of course you have to leave a message and they will return your call. I’m four calls in and still waiting.

The most comfortable scrubs I have ever worn and I got so many compliments on how cute they were. I will definitely be ordering more and only wearing FIGS from here on out. Plus, they donate a pair of scrubs to those in need...so worth the cost!
FIGS is awesome
I wear my FIGS gear daily. It's so comfy and versatilie. It washes beautifully and lasts a long time. I'm always getting compliments when I wear FIGS.
