I placed an order for a jacket for my wife. I had it embroidered. The same day I placed the order I contacted customer support and tried to change the order due to a sizing error I made. I was told I could not change it only return it after I received it for an exchange or refund. Then I was told once I had it that you couldn’t exchange embroidered items which makes perfect sense to me but you would have thought customer support would have known this and would have tried to help change the size but they wouldn’t. So now I have a 100 dollar jacket and my wife can’t even wear it. It needed to be a 3x. I know it’s my fault but the order could have been modified. I did contact customer support the same day I placed the order. Needless to say that will be my first and last order with this company. Just bad customer service if you ask me. Thanks
