Überschrift: Miserabler Kundenservice & unnötiger Expressversand Ich bin absolut enttäuscht von FIGS. Der Kundenservice zeigt keinerlei Entgegenkommen – nicht einmal ansatzweise wird versucht, eine Lösung zu finden. Der sogenannte „Expressversand“ ist völlig überflüssig und dazu noch extrem teuer. Es wird weder priorisiert versendet, noch kommt die Bestellung schneller an. Statt der beworbenen 3–5 Werktage Lieferzeit wird mir plötzlich mitgeteilt, dass es nach Deutschland 3–6 Werktage dauern kann. Nach 3 Tagen ist jedoch noch nicht einmal die Bearbeitung gestartet! Nirgends steht, dass die Bearbeitung der Bestellung erst 2–3 Werktage dauert und dann noch einmal 3–6 Werktage für den Versand nach Deutschland benötigt werden. Das ist absolut unverschämt und irreführend. Als ich um eine Entschädigung gebeten habe, wurde mir lediglich ein 15%-Gutschein angeboten – mit der Begründung, dass gerade eine Aktion läuft und sie nichts anderes anbieten können. Dabei hatte ich sogar erwähnt, dass meine Einrichtung eine sehr große Bestellung bei FIGS aufgeben wird, und trotzdem war keine höhere Rabattierung möglich. Selbst die Androhung rechtlicher Schritte ließ den Kundenservice völlig kalt. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht

Sent return in over 30 days ago, emails and multiple calls with no resolution yet. Love the product but would never order from them directly. Just steal them from co-workers lockers instead. Thank you for the reply, this is faster than my reply from figs on my return which I'm still waiting on. Perhaps your team should work more closely with figs.
