Love the nappy lady, their products are great and customer service is responsive and always happy to help with any problems. They even have a Facebook page for q&a which is a lovely community. Specific products I’ve had from TBL are: totsbots white bots terry towels, nappy nippas, and motherease airflow wraps. No complaints about any of these items, and I think it’s fab they resell returns at a discounted price so you can try items from other ranges, as well as their rental kits.

Too quality service, quick response and professional advice. We bought the stay dry sandy’s for newborn and my 2 year old. Absolutely perfect. My 2 year old has very sensitive skin and this works really well.

This is the first time we use reusable nappies in our family. There are so many options out there I was overwhelmed. But once I found the nappy lady everything got simple. I filled in the questionnaire and I was sent a report with some recommendations. I chose one of the recommended nappies and couldn’t be happier. Thank you nappy lady!

I bought nappies to my fourth clothdiaperchild in may, got the diapers (my fav until now: totsbots) and have been happy with them until recently. They have been washed, stored and dried the same way as I learnt many years ago, and I never had problems with any. Until now. All of a sudden, the bamboolayer have been destroyed, the diapers are leaking, and when I contacted customerservice I got to answered a lot of questions about usage, answered as good as I could, and thought it was ok. Then I was told that one of the detergents I have used (which I had been recommended) must be the reason. So- no warranty. Even though I followed the washing instruction on the diapers. And- none of my other diapers (Elskbar, Little lamb bamboo, Mother ease bamboo) has this happened to, only the totsbots, the newest ones. This is so, so sad. I used to love them, but now I dont know. They are really pricy when they only last 8 months or so. I am really, really disappointed both with the diapers and customerservice.

I was so impressed with the service. We didn’t know where to start but followed the guidance these lovely ladies gave us. We haven’t tried the nappies yet as the babies aren’t here but are looking forward to giving it a go when they arrive.
