The Nappy Lady Questionnaire was the catalyst to convert me to cloth; I had been desperate to use cloth with my first daughter, and got so lost in the jargon and the minefield that is the cloth nappy market, that I actually gave up trying. Second time around, I was determined to give it ago, but again gave up - that is until I discovered The Nappy Lady. I've bought all of my nappies and as accessories from the website. It's great that you can buy a range of brands from one place, enabling you to mix and match your favourites. The fantastic offers are also appealing. I've been astounded at the speed at which they deliver, especially following the Black Friday sale. I will buy any nappies or nappy paraphernalia from The Nappy Lady in future, and I would recommend everyone to try the questionnaire. It's a great starting point. Just a side note, even if you aren't buying cloth nappies, The Nappy Lady wipes are brilliant. They work better than wet wipes, wash easily (no staining!) and dry super quickly. It's a no-brainer! The motherease bedwetters are very lovely nappies. My 3 yr old who is average fit, has size small and although they look a big loose round his legs, we've had no leaks. Excellent service, fast delivery.

Amazing customer service. I could not be happier with the service provided by The Nappy Lady. Before I was even a customer I asked so many questions about Nappy types and the correct fits and they always got back to me with lots of really helpful and useful information. Because of this I then decided to take the plunge and get started with reusable nappies. They arrived quickly and well packaged.
