Great intro to the world of cloth nappies! Plenty of info that was really well delivered, so we're in a much better position to take our first steps.

I am so happy with the products I bought (a top hat potty and some reusable wipes) I had some issues with the delivery as my postman didn’t leave a delivery card to say he had left it with a neighbour and the communication from TNL team was great both on Instagram and email!

My daughter is just over a year old and although I have been using cloth since she was 8 weeks old I was always apprehensive about using cloth at night. It seemed big and bulky and looked uncomfortable and I had seen a lot of other people having problems with ‘red marks’ on babies skin which looked sore, so I didn’t cloth at night! After some research and advice from the nappy lady, I purchased the disana knitted tie on nappy. ( I personally didn’t find these too fiddly) , I absolutely love them, they look comfortable and paired with the disana wool cover at night time (which is just magic how it stays dry) we had a dry comfortable night with no bulk and no red marks! I wish I had found these earlier!! I use a hemp booster at night also.

Very helpful website. I made use of the questionnaire and got my tailored recommendation for which nappies would suit my needs. I also joined their Facebook page which has been such a lovely, welcoming, helpful community. I eventually ordered some nappies from their website and they were so quick to arrive! There's lots and lots of helpful information on their website for any queries, and if you can't find an answer, the community and admins on their Facebook are sure to help. I'd happily recommend The Nappy Lady and cloth nappies to anyone I know who is having a child!
