I ordered an item on April the 9th and got it on April 22th. I paid for second class delivery. I only got the item because i wrote requesting the tracking number to see if It got lost in the mail. I wasn’t provided with the original tracker. I recieved apologies and was given a tracker for a new parcel sent first class. I recieved it the following day.
