I contacted the website via their questionnaire initially, as I am a first time mum-to-be. Both my husband and I knew we wanted to use reusable nappies, but had no idea where to start. The questionnaire was thorough and detailed, and I received a very quick response with three different recommendations, with clear explanations of each option. From this, and answers to questions gained through The Nappy Lady Parenting FB page, we bought the recommended newborn nappies. I was initially pleased with a 5% discount (unfortunately I bought a week and a half before the announcement of a 20% discount for reusable nappy week). The delivery arrived three days later, all in excellent condition.
