Good personalised service even during lockdown via zoom, but missing a star because my order arrived missing one item (quickly resent) and also despite stating I would like to use all in one nappies, the consultant recommended me only nappies that were not all in one. This made me think she is paid on commission to sell only certain types of nappy, or at best she was not listening to what I had said during the consultation. Again this was quickly corrected with some other recommendations once I pointed out what I'd been recommended was not what I was interested in buying.

Brilliant service. Got a personalised recommendation as I am pregnant with twins, which was very easy and a fantastic resource. Then when I ordered some nappies (no obligation after recommendation!) they arrived very quickly. I would definitely recommend The Nappy Lady for helping to make sense of an overwhelming world!
