Bstock has been a supplier of mine for 3 years now. When needed adjustments have been made on purchases. For the most part items are as described. During Covid lockdown they did not seem to give anyone a break on payment schedule. 2 days is short. It would be nice if they added a bill pay option. I could bill pay direct from checking account and not incur wire fees and hassle of going to bank.

AAAA+ Unless, your shipment is lost
For the most part, B-stock is a great place to purchase liquidation inventory. However, they do not have a buyer-friendly freight claim processes. No one wants to take responsibility for lost freight. For example, I purchase a lot of 2 pallets with a retail value of 20K and I paid 2K. Great deal. However, when my freight was lost for 2 months before one of my two pallets where located, the freight claim process was long and the resolution was ridiculous. I received 40% of my retail value on one pallet and was given a $108.00 credit for the lost pallet. The math makes absolutely no sense. That does not even cover the freight for the one pallet that I never received. Very poor communication throughout the entire process. And once they did come to this resolution, I was not notified. The credit was posted months latter to my account. This experience does NOT by any means stop me from continuing to purchase from them. They are a great company, even great companies have room for improvement. And this is it.
