not a direct liquidation site, they have tons of independent sellers who are not honest and they do not stand behind their customer in regards to outrageously overestimated/misleading and incorrect manifest, and I'm not talking about slight differences that are expected, but completely different manifest in value and options.

The fact that they make you WIRE funds for even a $400 purchase is ridiculous. As a seller, this results in many canceled orders. As a buyer, it now makes you pay a $30 money wire fee from the bank in addition to the 10% buyers fee. It basically doubles your buyer fee on low dollar items. They need to accept credit cards for orders 5k and under.

B stock treats buyers like crap. Sellers are allowed to take undue advantage of buyers and b stock does nothing about it. B stock is all about the commission. None of buyers concern matters.

I do not have a problem with B-Stock, it it with the vendor that I purchased a load from. It was full of garbage, broken or just trash. I think it is just a way to get the retail value up so people bid higher. One of the pallets had 7 bar refrigerators, only one was in working order. I had a box of old Easter candy from 2 years ago. The vendor told me that they inspect each pallet.

I enjoy browsing this site. When I go and search company’s by name (Costco, QVC) I found they are very honest in there listings. They give you a manifest and show exactly what you are getting. However when I bought from auction that had no manifest I felt they were dishonest and the resolution from Bstock was not fair. I was very disappointed in that purchase and would not buy from again. I now know to stick with manifest auctions. Other than that one bad sale every other auction has been very smooth with no problems.

Too many dishonest sellers our there taking advantages of "holes" on every descriptions. Also, they do not post the actual item's pictures but using some sample pictures so that the buyers won't be able to "guess" or "visualize" the actual condition. Most of the staff members are pretty good at trying to help the buyers but it does not really help since the sellers are using the holes of each description

BERY BAD SERVICE

Too many dishonesty when it comes to the real quality of products , then try getting things resolved due to description discrepancies with items received another nightmare. Overall I will still do business but will thread very carefully going forward ,

There is NO single protection for international buyers. And if you are unable to verify your package within 2 business days ( regardless of any wrongful action of the seller) you are out in the cold. Even if there were shortages or substandard & inaccurate items shipped to you the buyer, bstock pays you no need nor attention and does nothing to the seller not even engaging them to make fair restitution. In one of my numerous cases, my package is yet to be seen yet bstock and the seller are adamantly doing nothing and hiding behind "it's past 2 business days and the seller has been paid". I really do not enjoy buying from bstock if I have to be honest. I'll be looking for an alternative platform.

Hola, en general estoy muy contenta con la plataforma, lo único que mejoraría es que cuando quiero comunicarme con ellos me cuesta que me entiendan y algunas veces no me queda claro si han comprendido lo que les solicito. Respecto a las subastas muy bien.
