i was with radio co for a year. they haven't seemed to update anything since i joined. the stats only shows a limited amount of months which conflicts with PRS requesting 6 months minimum at a go. they sell add ons like apps that other services offer for free with their sign up and the support is honestly automated mostly and awful. towards the end of my time with radio co my station went down repeatedly and it was glitching songs to not play and just ran through the playlist leaving my listeners with dead air. i asked on 2 occasions why this happened and will it happen again for an automated response then pretty much useless response from a member of staff who never answered my question. there are far better services for half the price and that's why i have gone else where. the UI i okay if new to the game or wanting a slightly simpler format but in some places like tags its annoying to work around especially when playing ads. if you have a huge budget and lack of knowledge this company is for you. if you want professionalism and good tech support from a company who listens to its users and adapts its interface over community based discussions this is not the platform for you. i give 3 stars as its not terrible but there is much better services out there for half the price making it neutral in my mind. shame as i was sold a dream by their team of being a part of a community that grows together. but in the end its just money making scheme for a middle classed englishman named james.

I would definitely recommend Radio.co It is an incredibly easy platform to use for making radio both selectively and "live" radio, as we do a lot here at Radio ALR in Denmark. If you have any doubts or problems, Radio.co employees are always ready to help you. So do as we and a thousand many others radio enthusiasts does, when you want to set up and start up a radio station, use Radio.co 👍

So far I rate this highly, although we haven't yet launched live the facilities and support have been second to none, I would recommend it.

I was initially hesitant to start with, about using Radio.co, when I saw some of the negative reviews. After more research and talking to Phil at Radio.co, I knew immediately that this was the right place for our station! The level of honesty from Phil was refreshing to say the least! There was no sales patter to just get our money! This approach nowadays is very far and few between! I believe in this company so much and just to back up my view, I will also be using their other services for our Podcasts from sister company Podcast.co! We have left negative reviews for other services on other review sites, with some companies trying to persuade us to withdraw our comments with offers of gifts and free services! The fact that Radio.co leave negative reviews for all to see, just shows us the level of integrity & transparency that Radio.co possess! This is very important for us a station moving forward. We are in the building phase at present and Radio.co & Phil have gone way & above any expectations we had, prompt responses, queries answered in a timely manner! This is a company we would recommend in a heartbeat! Although we have not launched and gone live, if we receive this type of service before launch, then we don't doubt that the level of support when we are live will change! I will update this once live, but we do not expect in anyway shape or form to be altering this review or changing it! I would also like to make plainly clear, we are getting no gifts or free services from Radio.co for writing this review, I just say it as I see it!!!! All that's left to say is, thank you Radio.co for your service and we are happy to have you as a provider for us and look forward to working with you guys!
