I've had my station with Radio.Co since they started, they're the best it can get, trust me! I also help Schools get their Radio Stations Online too and always recommend Radio.Co.

Great service and easy to communicate with staff!

I'm currently setting up my radio station ( wbtctheclub.com with radio.co and I find their service to be incredible and their techs very knowledgeable, especially Dave who went above and beyond to find me the answer to my question from another website, which I believe Dave will make sure that this particular question and answer will make it to the radio.co website, which will help & save time for all the techs.

A very good system when it works, but has many bugs. Support takes several days to respond. I am tired of reporting software bugs as a user that should have been picked up by testing teams prior to release. I would not recommend radio.co until they increase their level of support and recognise that some users run 24/7 live commercial that needs 24/7 response to support.

The guys at Radio.co are awesome to work with! We've been with them for about 4 months now and even though they are on the other side of the Pond from where we are, I can always count on a timely response to a question. Great follow up and quick response to the many questions I had. Some of the features are little dated and some more custom options could be provided. Some listeners say they have connection issues on occasion but this may be the app as opposed to Radio.co so jury still out on that one. Would love some sort of licensing option to go with the broadcasting packages but that would mean having to hire a whole bunch of extra people I imagine. So far so good!

Love the platform. I love being able to set up a show schedule and the ability to customize those shows. Additionally, uploads of music are quick and easy. If there is one more option I would really love to see is the ability to schedule music and tracks at specific times during a show. In the broadcasting industry, we use this type of option to ensure DJ beds play at specific times during the hour. I’m hoping this can one day be a part of the tools. Overall, I’m very happy and impressed with the platform.

Staff is VERY helpful! Maybe you could post your tech support hours on your website...London Time/U.S> Eastern? That would be great!
