I’m a seasoned radio professional and have been working in the industry for the past 35 years. I tried starting an online radio station about 10 years and failed. This platform has given me the opportunity and freedom to design my station how I want.

The recording function does not work. The scheduled station relay does not work. Technical support is slow to respond. The media library management is amazing! The scheduling interface is phenomenal. The tagging works flawlessly. I wish they could implement the virtual studio like the one from RadioJar. I wish their $50 tier could include 20 DJs instead of 10 and their storage could be upgraded to 50GBs just like RadioJar.

I've been a creator for many years, and I have not used a better service than Radio.co. My favorite feature is the Twitter Integration which saves my staff and I an incredible amount of promotion time.

Not been with Radio.co for long, but in a short space of time I highly recommend. Broadcasting to my listeners only took a few minutes. Best part is still to come! I've just submitted my apps. Will have my station on iPhones and Android devices very very soon. Watch this space!

I've been using Radio.co for the past 3 months. I've found it easy to use and reliable for listeners - the features offered are great. The support team are always on hand to help out when ever I've needed them.

They are obviously experiencing issues. My radio station cuts in and out frequently, and it doesn't matter if I am on the station dashboard or my station website. My website is currently down, and it takes days for them to respond to a service request.

Great streaming platform with excellent features. Solid and secure. Can be little expensive but you get what you pay for!

They have great tools that allow you to run the radio fairly easily but over a period of 8 months, we had a number of issues with the server. While back I've been told that the servers will be upgraded however this sort of errors keep on happening! Within the last two weeks server was down twice on the 18th of May and the 27th of May 2020. We are losing listeners and credibility as a radio station because of those issues! I had to call, wait and pray that someone out there will deal with this as I didn't get a callback ... nothing to confirm what the issue is and why it happened.

Their server is always crashing. Your radio goes down far too often and they don't notify you, so you find out when your listeners tell you. Their customer support is very, very weak. They are trying to fix this, but they have a long, long way to go. If you are in the United States, they work UK times so you wont' get any help during standard U.S. business hours. Other radio stations have 24/7 business hours. You use their help button (if you can login during a crash) and you almost always get an out of office message.

Support is rubbish, I never got to sign up because I needed support, I tried to start a live chat, it says replies within a day, 48 Hours Later no response, same thing with Email and just phoned them and it said to leave a message and they'll get back to you. The only reason they have a star is because the features sound great but besides that not good. I wouldn't recommend it.
