More Communication About Royalty Rules
I believe more emphasis needs to be placed on the fact that royalties are not paid to record labels/artist when broadcasting through Radio.co. More communication about this could help an individual know how to follow copyright laws and not unintentionally rip off musicians. Before an individual signs up and pays the fee, Radio.co needs to do more to help their customers understand what they are signing up for and what they will be held responsible for. Other than that, Radio.co is a great service and easy to use with great customer service.

To be honest cant really find a fault at the moment, and hope it stays like that.
Radio.co is the BEST!
From quick replies to answering the most difficult question, Radio.co has been the most Amazing partner. their service is One of a kind and they will always go the extra mile to help any of their members from the smallest to the most expensive. It is Totally worth it and we look forward to working with Radio.co for a Long time.
The radio service itself is fine
The radio service itself is fine. But there are lots of little things that makes the whole experience of using it irritating. Statistics is unreliable: numbers do not add up, real-time may show no listeners through out the day but then you have hundreds of listeners for the last 24 hours; it doesn't show if people are listening the radio on other services or on our website. Also the website builder is a total mess — doesn't even displays in a half of the world. There's no way to sort media by size, album art is sometimes complete random, no way to embed schedule on a page etc etc

Hi Jamie
Hi Jamie, I've sent a few messages marked "URGENT" and no reply till now. Is it possible to chat over the phone please? I need the website & the apps up & running really soon cos I have some clients who are keen on advertising.
So glad I found Radio.co!
I've been a broadcaster for over 15 years. During that time I have tried pretty much every online radio set up there is. I am so glad I managed to find Radio.co because it makes the day to day running of a radio station so much easier. Their support team seem to be really responsive and knowledgable about radio, which makes a real change compared to some of the other services I have used. If you are looking to launch an online radio station or move your fm station online then I would definitely recommend checking out radio.co.
They could be great, but not so great now
Like the customer rating in July, I was a huge supporter of this platform and the service, but things haven't been so great over the past 6 months. I get put off when I have problems, for weeks, and then, today, a program played over and over and over again all day (not the first time this has happened). I sent out an urgent message, only to get a reply that it was working when it was NOT. It's still playing. I could lose listeners over this, which I very much would hate to happen. I will give them a little while to get things straight, but I don't have time to monitor the station all day, and I need to feel confident things like this don't continue to happen.
Not the best by far and then some.
I had looked at other radio station systems and they always looked awkward. Then I tried radio.co and immediately realized it is leap years ahead of the others I was able to set up everything quickly and easily. The help videos and so easy to understand. Far better than anything else I have seen. The sound quality is great. The use of use is great. I would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could. June 22nd 2024. We are now nearly at 4 years. I would revise this to one star. The customer service sucks. Nothing is ever their fault. They do not take responsibility for flaws in the system. Primarily show transitions. We have been communicating with them about the issue where the shows is cut one or two seconds short and it plays the first one or two seconds again. They keep giving us suggestions about how to get over it and none work. You would think that if you do a one hour show at one hour long, it would be great it is not. So look elsewhere for your radio system. We are going to.
