Highly recommend Radio.Co

I have bombarded these people with endless questions (I’m scared to buy the wrong licence for my small radio show and get into trouble) and they have had the patience of a Saint! Their customer service is OUTSTANDING! Also I have looked around at other platforms and theirs is by far the most user friendly that I’ve seen and I also think that their plans are fairly priced and affordable. I recommend using Radio.Co to host your terrific radio show 😃

I have been with you for about 2 years…

I have been with you for about 2 years now and I am having problem after problem which you keep saying you will fix but again the problems happen. It's refusing on a regular basis to connect to my relay streams, files of shows that are uploaded sometimes refuse to play unless I reboot the server, the android app keeps showing the wrong title, the server keeps showing the wrong title, come on, I'm paying you £56 a month, and I expect a service that actually works for that sort of money, I'm losing listeners because of the problems. I'm considering going elsewhere now because of this.

If I could break down all the individual aspects of the company I would still give them all 5 stars. The service is exceptional and in 3 years of broadcasting over 6000 hours a month we have never had any issues. Their customer support is exceptional and their features keep growing. I researched every aspect of their competition before making my choice and Radio.co came in far ahead of the others for ease of use and hosting. Good work guys, keep evolving. Dedicated Service

Hi everyone . I just completed my first year in radio with Radio.Co and this weekend 12th and 13th July we have been asked to attend an event at The Westwood Cross Shopping Centre in Thanet. It will be our first event, and it will put us into the heart of the community. In January this year we also received a highly commended award presented in recognition of outstanding contribution we have made to the community through Charitable and community activity. And ALL thanks to You guys at Radio.co who are absolutely brilliant in customer relations and technical detail. You spent so much time helping me - a complete novice - to get TCR (Thanet Community Radio) up and running. A real blessing Thank you so much for your constant dedication.
