Been using this service for over 7 years now. Started with them when they were first Wavestreaming. As someone who is very technically challenged and somewhat impatient, I must say these guys are PHENOMENAL!! Service has really been super reliable and they have always been willing to help. The only reason I am not giving a 5 start rating is because of the the lag in customer service support. Really not their fault as they are in England and I am in Louisiana (USA) big time difference. But none the less, they always respond and are always willing to help, even when I am frustrated and it ends up being my fault because I don't understand how the system works. Radio.co really is the best bang for your buck ...Loyal customer here! HLE Radio

Ridge Radio on Radio.co
We are new to Radio.co and have found their technical backup fantastic in helping us get Ridge Radio up and running after leaving our previous streaming service. We also now have an Android App & iOS App, which we would never have been able to do ourselves. Great service guys keep it up!
I’ve just started using Radio.co
I’ve just started using Radio.co, the dashboard, web builder etc are easy to use. I was due to launch my new Station this weekend but I’ve had to cancel everything. I had a Test Run on Thursday but all my listeners who’ve followed me from a previous station were complaining that they could hardly hear the music on streams and web players on my website. They could hear me perfectly but the music was way, way too low, hardly audible. I even switched my laptops volume onto full as suggested by Radio.co but that didn’t work. I’m using Sam Broadcaster, I’ve never had a problem with volume prior to this and have no idea what the problem is. Not the start I was looking for as it’s ruined the Station Launch. Gutted big time.

Radio.co provides everything they say and More! I am extremely satisfied with how the program works and it's simplicity. They have step by step videos on YouTube on how to get set up. Very well done!
Customer service is not responsive at…
Customer service is not responsive at all. The program itself is very "buggy" and the radio.co staff is in complete denial. I am learning workarounds but these things shouldn't happen.

The dashboard kicks listeners out
I really wished it did not have to come to this, but i must say that l do like what radio.co has to offer, however i have been having this problem ever since i restarted my station back in January. The dashboard would kick listeners out ever so often, I have sent messages to this effect and was told that this is not the case and that it was highly impossible for that to happen. Here is the kicker, whether i'm broadcasting live or not this is what takes place, today was the last time i observed this problem, but i was live at that time and all of a sudden the dashboard just stopped playing, i monitor the dashboard on one screen while i run Mixxx on another system. This use to happen every few minutes but now it would go for over an hour some times more and then instantly all my listeners are gone in a flash, including the sound coming into my earpiece I use to listen to the station. How could the dashboard show 0 listeners when i just had 10 or so, this is not good because when this happens they sometimes don't come back. grant it i know my station is small compared to most but come on. It is very difficult to build a following, if the station is literally going to go dead not allowing listeners including myself, to be able to log back into the stream for a few minutes at a time. I don't know what the solution is but this is not a good start for me at all.

That's officially a 4.5, since 5 would be flawless. That being said I am ecstatic about radio.co! Not only does my station function, but the only roadblock to it being better is me. The "University" is a godsend. If you take the time to do your homework there you will be up and running in no time. But if you can’t find the answer in the videos, the online chat help gets your problems solved fast. This company is trying really hard to make a great product, and they act on feedback. The updates keep coming every week, and it is as if they are reading my mind as to what I will need next. We are just running playlists now, while we get our studios finished up. Frankly you could make a satisfying consumer experience with just that and jingles if you just wanted to run a station without a studio. I could go on and on with praise because I am so excited about being able to do this so easily. There are a few things I didn’t know about, being a complete newbie, licensing for one, but radio.co tells you to check your country for the services you need to subscribe to, and you can watch those before signing up. Radio.co is the best thing to happen to us in making this pipe dream a reality. The experience is like one you may have had with Apple when Steve was still with us. The staff just rocks, as well as the product. I can’t wait till we generate some donations so we can upgrade to Pro! My best to everyone who have dreamed of having their own radio station, with radio.co you really can do it.
