I have received wonderful help from the team at Radio.co as I prepare to launch my new channel - Folk Music Notebook . Everyone has been helpful, the broadcasts sound superb, and their instructional videos and notes have been a wonderful asset. We have run three internet radio…

We have run three internet radio streams on Radio.co including one full service station (RadioStPete.com) with complex programming including many live elements from multiple studios and live events. Platform is easy and fast to program and the few times there have been any issues at all in the past 12 months Radio.co has been right on top of things. This is the best platform I have experienced by far.

I found their service limiting for what…

I found their service limiting for what I want to do. Ok, so the streaming part of the service were fine but in terms of what it offer me on the web it wasn't close. I wouldn't use thier proprietary player to play my stream off of but make it tailored to my specific website design for aesthetic reasons. Thier support team(when I joined) were also lacking in support or gudiance to a solution to the issues or sometime they would take too long. And since I am an impacient man i started troubleshooting myself to find the solution to my problem before I managed to hear back from them (this example were through e-mail corespondance , of course)
