I was looking to book a holiday for my parents to visit me in Australia and there was only one company I would trust with such precious cargo, and that is Travel Nation. I'll start with a disclaimer that I used to work for Travel Nation many years ago, and have since emigrated to Australia. From my time working with them I understand that not only are they exceptional at devising great value travel itineraries no matter how complex, you are also treated to a personalised service from a local company (based in lovely Brighton) that cares about its customers. That is what makes Travel Nation so great, and customers like myself recommend them so highly. With the complications that Covid have brought to planning travel, I know that if things should become problematic again that Travel Nation will be there to support us and have the knowledge to navigate us through any issues. Ruth was our travel agent and helped organise our honeymoon. We did a few days in Dubai and then a week in the Maldives. Right from the start she was great at listening to what we wanted and found the perfect hotel/resort for us. She was really good at responding to all my questions quickly too! The whole trip went really smoothly in terms of the flights, transfers, accomodation. Would definitely book with Travel Nation again.

Our experience so far with Travel Nation and Claire Parsons in particular has been brilliant. Very efficient and friendly service to plan our holiday later in the year. Our request was to tie in Travel with my brother and sister in law to Dubai and Mauritius and tag on a safari in South Africa. This has been managed perfectly and within our budget. The finishing touch was a phonecall from Claire to confirm everything was OK and all as expected. 5 stars well deserved. Thank you 😊

Jim helped us plan our first big holiday post Covid and we can't wait to go. We booked a big holiday to Bali with Travelnation back in 2019 which was so amazing we have decided to go back with other family members for a special trip. Everything was planned to perfection from airport transfers to guided hikes up a volcano and hotel bookings in two different areas so we felt confident the company could do it again. We had a US road trip booked with Travelnation in 2020 which was cancelled due to Covid restrictions and they handled this brilliantly - we had a very prompt refund but kept our deposit as we wanted to be able to save towards our next trip. Compared to our experience with other bigger travel companies we have really appreciated the friendly helpful service we have experienced with Travelnation. Will come back and review Bali holiday number 2!

We used Travel Nation pre covid and Jim was so helpful with our round the world flights x7 of them and motor homes both in NZ & Aus . We had every confidence in him from start to finish . He got us a really great deal on flights and understood all our needs. Thankfully coming out of lockdown now we have booked flights back to Thailand for the month of June and went straight to Jim knowing we would get the best customer service and deals. Can’t wait for our holiday . We highly recommend TN and will continue to use them for our travel needs .
