Absolute Nightmare!

Absolute Nightmare!! Almost 4 months in on a 12 month subscription and the orders are late, flowers are dead and brown and no longer on the stems. They replaced the orders but it’s the same thing over again. What we thought was going to be a great Christmas gift for our mother has been a very big disappointment!!!! She’s always calling to see where her flowers are. Will never order from them again. Worst part of this is you have to pay up front for entire subscription and they still can’t get the deliveries on time. I’m going to cancel my order and order the flowers locally each month!!!

Wish I could give zero stars. HORRIBLE COMPANY

Wish I could give zero stars. Worst experience I have had in a long time and customer service rep mocked me and made sarcastic comments about the flowers having not been received. I ordered flowers for fiance's birthday. They showed up a week late dead and most were off of the stems. Replacement flowers were ordered and promised a week later. On that date only a label had been created and then order was cancelled. Don't waste your money with this company. Flowers look horrible, shipping isn't as promised when you order and customer service reps don't care. I recommend you DO NOT DO BUSINESS with BLOOMSYBOX.

Flowers came to me instead of my mom

I live in Alabama and ordered flowers for my mom in North Carolina on 12/27/20. I received my confirmation and it showed them coming to Alabama and I assumed I messed up. I immediately emailed them and they said, "No, they are going to your mom at blah blah blah street in N.C." Okay well I order a lot online and your confirmation only shows my address, but as long as you send them to her, okay. On 12/31/20 I get a FedEx notice that my flowers had shipped...to me in Alabama. I forward the email to customer service and say, "What's the deal?" Oh, they are going to N.C. they would reply. I have never received a FedEx tracking number that said one thing but was going to another place. I kept tracking it, following it all the way from South America to Alabama. Kept calling and emailing and they said all is fine. (I'm not an idiot.) Wow, the flowers come to me in Alabama! Huh, who'd have thunk it? So I get on the phone and the gal apologizes and says she sees where I have tried to fix it and offers to send my mom her flowers asap. Fortunately these flowers were not for a particular date but just because I love her. So I say fine. They will be in N.C. at her house on 1/12/20. Mom didn't call on the 12th or 13th or 14th or 15th or 16th or 17th or 18th or 19th. I did not want to call her to ask if she received them because they were supposed to be a surprise. So I emailed them and told them obviously my mom was not getting the flowers and to refund me. I just got an apology and a refund notice. Let's see if it comes through. The flowers were lovely and the price was right but if you are not set up to do a simple transaction, why should I trust you to do it monthly? Just shouldn't be so hard.

100% Satisfied with Bloomsy Deluxe!

We purchased monthly gift subscriptions for our mothers to bring some cheer through what is going to be a long winter ahead. They were so delighted when they received their first boxes yesterday. The bouquets were each different but equally as beautiful. We know they will help bring some brightness during this difficult time of physical isolation.

Great flowers; too bad they can't get the message from sender right

March 1, 2021 UPDATE: Someone from BloomsyBox contacted me by email after my original review and promised to have a card sent with the following month's flowers expressing the sentiments they were supposed to send at the start of the subscription. I didn't say anything to my wife, anticipating a nice surprise for her. Good thing: that card didn't arrive last month or this month - yet another empty promise. This month's flowers weren't zip-tied in the box so all the tallest blooms were smashed from bouncing around in the box during shipping. Worse, many of the rose buds were dying, apparently from the cold weather this winter. But, none of that really mattered because within 48 hours, all the roses were brown and dead. I'm sure BloomsyBox would have been very nice over the phone and offer a partial refund to my credit card, but I'm no longer willing to do business with a company who simply doesn't follow thru. After 6 months without receiving a single flower shipment that was "as promised", I'm joining the substantial percentage of reviewers who rate them 2 stars or lower. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Flowers and shipping are 5 star. They seem smashed at first but, as the instructions advise, patience and 24 hours in water results in 90% recovering fully. The blooms that don't get snipped off. Assortment so far has been varied and attractive, and quality of flowers is similar to Whole Foods or local florists, albeit more expensive. I gave my wife a surprise one-year subscription in honor of our 50th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the enclosed card with the first shipment had someone else's name and said, "we are praying for the best...I know you can beat this" and was signed by someone else! I called customer service and a very nice lady promised to straighten this out, since someone else got the card and sentiments for my wife. The second month's shipment had no card so I tried email support. They explained that they only send cards with the first shipment but promised to send one in the third shipment. Yup, it arrived yesterday without any card. So, I give BloomsyBox 3 stars overall because they're not able to connect the card with the subscription box even after multiple requests. If these were shipped somewhere other than my home, there's no way I would have known about this snafu.

Fresh sunflowers just made the day..

Fresh sunflowers just made the day... I thought I had to spend some minutes in arranging the flowers coz it was for my best friend, but loved the perfection in making the bouquet with creativity.

Georgous, fresh and unique flowers

Wow! I truly love these flowers. I've had the subscription for about 5 months and each month I am impressed with a different georgous bouquet. This months is my favorite, I wanted to write a review because I was so impressed.

I bought a 6 month subscription and the…

I bought a 6 month subscription and the first 3 deliveries were brown and wilted after being left by the deliveryman in a climate controlled room in my building for a few hours. I reached out by email on a Sunday after my delivery date to inform them of the issue. They blamed me for not bringing the flowers inside for 5 days, which was untrue, I was simply late emailing them not late securing the flowers. I was unable to cancel my subscription or problem solve the situation. This was a complete waste of money,

A great company to work with

The flowers are beautiful and healthy with an impressive array from month to month but I think that the most incredible thing was that they never missed a delivery during the COVID19 quarantine. This was so reassuring to my 89 year old mother (and to me) as it promised that beauty still existed and that this would all pass in time.
