I decided to give these guys a shot with a one time bouquet fro the wife. Although they advertise free shipping all over their site what they don't tell you is that shipping is $15 if you're doing a one time purchase, so the $60 bouquet turns into over $80 with shipping and taxes. Whatever. The flowers came and I gotta be honest, not very impressive. I've picked out better looking bouquets for my wife at the local grocery store for $25. These things better live for at least a month considering the price. Just going to a local florist or Kroger next time I need flowers for the Mrs.

I do not recommend
I ordered a monthly subscription for my mom and for 3 months she received dying flowers in poor condition. The flowers lasted 2-3 days at most. Roses arrived brown around the edges of the petals, limp, sad, and a total waste of money. They refunded my money so I did add one more star for customer service. Very disappointing to purchase this for someone else, only to have her tell me that she doesn't want to receive it any longer because it is a waste of my money.
Read this before buying!
Bought the 6 month pre pay for my wife for our 3 year wedding anniversary. $350 for 6 months. Her first box arrived yesterday. Arrived on time and box was not damaged. I paid for the "premium" package thinking it would be a more impressive arrangement. What she received looked like someone had went to the local grocery store, spent $8 and put some flowers in a box. I hope this is a fluke but I did some research on reviews for this company (after I purchased it as I am a bone headed male) and found very similar reviews. they either get 1 or 5 stars. If you do the math you could pay a local flower shop $60 once a month to get fresh cut and arrangement of your choice. This at the end of the day is a terrible deal and the product that arrived made it even worse. We'll I'm out $350 and my wife's response when she saw the flowers? "It's the thought that counts." Will leave you with that.
Exquisite Tropical Bouquet
I bought my mother flowers from BloomsyBox for Valentine’s Day. They arrived on time and were more exquisite than I anticipated. The price was under market value. I will definitely purchase from BloomsyBox in the future and recommend to my friends. Gorgeous bouquet of tropical Birds of Paradise and other exotics blooms.
The flowers are dead
My daughters bought a year subscription to BloomsyBox starting with the month of August. Each month the flowers have gotten worse and worse. Today my flowers arrived via Fedex who usually just puts the box at the mailbox at the end of my driveway. I never know when they are arriving. Hopefully I am home. The flowers today were awful. The flowers were crushed and broken and only 2 white roses which were not fresh looking were amongst the mess. I took photos of the flowers. I have no way to talk with someone about this. I feel so bad for my daughters because I am sure it cost them a lot of money.

Flowers continuously dead on arrival
Unfortunately, I’ve had the same experience as many others here. The flowers arrive with a combination of alive, wilted, and broken. You never know what you are getting but you know a good portion will be dying or dead on arrival. By day 3 or 4 they are all dead. They do offer replacements, but then the replacements are dead as well. So there’s really no point. We had 2 subscriptions - one for ourselves and one for a family member as a gift. It’s been embarrassing to see the gift always arriving dead. Customer service told us that we just need to “re-hydrate” the flowers back to life. I’ve never heard of such a thing. The flowers were immediately placed in water and nothing ever “rehydrated”.
Horrid customer service
Horrid customer service. 2 out of 3 deliveries were brown and wilted. Your only recourse is to contact them, send pictures and jump through their hoops within 48 hours to get replacements which will then also be brown and die within 4 days. This was a huge embarrassment for us as we gifted this to someone. When I contacted the company to ask for a refund for the 2 dead deliveries we were told per their agreement sales are final. So-they get to keep your money no matter what and they just get to keep sending out dead flowers. I get that there may be a supply issue right now, but there is no excuse for their poor customer service. Stay away!
