Ordered 2 bouquets, one for each daughter, for Valentine's Day. Neither delivery had wrapped the stems at all or provided moisture for them. They were loose in the box so not protected from movement during delivery. One arrangement (tropical) had damage to the leaves, but the flowers were okay. The other arrangement (flowers) had many stems, but the flowers were in poor condition. I complained about the floral delivery, they sent another arrangement a week later, but it was almost in worse shape. Never reached a representative in person after that, but did express my dissatisfaction and requested some type of adjustment since the cost of this arrangement was nearly $100. Never heard back--cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a gift through Door Dash - it arrived very late and flowers were dead. Customer service was poor - kept asking for an order number when Door Dash never provided one. Finally issue was resolved by Door Dash after 10 mins on the phone getting nowhere with BloomsyBox. Will not be ordering from them again.

The Ballet Bouquet arrived safely, on time, and in perfect condition. The pot is lovely, and the packaging is clever and robust. Thank you very much.
