The practitioner is good There is no privacy in the reception There is no need for others to know what I’m paying for and how much . It was very upsetting to me !

Very thorough

I have just been for a check up with myself and two children. I have not seen this particular dentist before. She was thorough and explained everything to the children putting them at ease.

Really Disappointed

Sad and disappointed - My time is equally important as a dentists time. I was kept waiting over ten minutes at my initial check up which was absolutely fine. A quote of £900 for root canal and a Crown or £150 extraction. On £12.35 an hour with a mortgage to pay, I was sad to have to opt for extraction. I got my time mixed up, it was a genuine mistake and arrived at 2.26pm instead of 2.15pm The dentist wouldn’t see me, which I understood but in addition wanted a second £50 deposit to book a further appointment. I see Synergy are advertising on Indeed for a Dental Associate offering a salary of up to £185,000.00 per year plus an incredible training package. On £12.35 per hour myself, I shall be sending my invoice to the said Dentist for being kept waiting for over ten minutes at my initial check up which I consider now fair? … Kindest Regards

Avoid

Would rather charge £30 deposit & loose £70 in fees, than have some sympathy about making a mistake in booking and agreeing to rebook - seems like poor business acumen. Its not as if I was an no show I rang to explain. Avoid at all costs.
