I love floor length maxi dresses but struggle to find them with sleeves or in exactly the length I want. I was thrilled with the two I bought from HotSquash. Lovely quality and really flattering. I found them to be true to size (UK18). I am 5ft6 and they are to the ground in terms of length which is what I wanted but if you are any shorter, you may find them a bit long. Oh and I didn't notice in the description but both had pockets which made me even happier!

Great dress. First time I have used you having originally discovered your dress on John Lewis and then realising they were selling it for more than you were. Fast delivery and the colour is gorgeous. Fit is true to size and flattering. My dress was Empire waistline, size 12 and I’m 5’7”.

Lovely maxi dress and would have bought another, however after paying postage and a long delay in arriving in Spain, had to pay a further 43€ in customs charges. Hot squash seemed interested in helping to sort this out for me initially but after a lot of chasing they felt I should sort it out with the Spanish post office or customs. Very disappointing as the dress was not cheap to start with and now it’s ridiculously expensive. When this happened with a Next order they refunded the customs charge. No offer of that or a discount on future purchase. The dress is still great but future purchases are a no from me. Update: Sorry but the reply below from Hotsquash is misleading. No advice was given to me about diverting enquiries. I have every email exchange if you would like to review? I was told to take the charge up with Customs myself. I already explained that the Label on the parcel stating No Duty was in English German and French. Last time I looked they speak Spanish in Spain. I also suggested that you might want to use other more reliable companies like SEUR or DHL with whom I have never had problems. Very disappointing reply. My review stands.

I've actually deleted a review I left about this company which turned out to be a little on the unfair side. I did have issues with getting my jumpsuit which were down to them not having the correct email address so they were unable to contact me. However, once customer services got to grip with the problem I had nothing but first class service and my product came this morning (only 3 days after problem fixed) and it's fabulous! The material is gorgeous and I'm looking forward to being able to wear it. So thanks to all, particularly Jakub, in Customer Services for their assistance.
