Booked the Budapest Christmas Markets Trip through Adam and I honestly could not recommend this man enough. He was extremely helpful right from the beginning, returned all my calls and queries and even contacted the airline on my behalf when I made a blunder with the booking. Absolutely professional from start to finish, has offered for us to call him at any time between now and the trip if we have any further issues. A rating of 5 feels unjust, if I could-I would most definitely double it-AMAZING
