Booked a holiday with Oscar whom I found brilliant to deal with. He researched and sent me emails of different option holidays in Torremolinos and when the hotel I had chosen was booked out he got another option straight away for us. My husband has a spinal injury and I had asked if possible for a room on a lower floor, Oscar was extremely helpful and contacted the hotel in person requesting this for us.
