I almost couldn't believe the good reviews of this company but when I placed my order and until I received my lounge chair with ottoman I understand why. I couldn't wish for better communication and information and the chair and ottoman are of really high quality. Great product and quality. Very comfortable and will last for a long time I am sure. The seat is firm but comfortable and moulds to you over time. when you get up you can see it reshape. The wood is well crafted and the parts fit together well on build. Highly recommend it.
