I ordered an Eames style soft pad low back desk chair. I have an actual chair of the same type manufactured by Herman Miller which I purchased in the late 1970's The chair I received from Modborn was a very close replica both in design and the materials. And, as an architect I was delighted to find it actually has more functionality. The leather is very good, the metal work nicely done and workmanship is of remarkably high quality. My order arrived a day earlier than predicted and the chair was in perfect condition as packing was more than sufficient. I had a question about assembly, which was actually very easy, and the vendor's rep responded to my email within an hour with a clear answer to my question. I am now considering purchase of some of the other eames-inspired items offered and will make my clients aware of this wonderful source of affordable high quality furnishings.

Great quality product delivered on schedule. Love it! I had no problem with the assembly of the chair but others might need some printed instructions.

First Class product and excellent service when I discovered there weren't any instructions (anywhere- I did look!). After a few wrong alleys I made it and everything fitted exactly! This from an ex-pat Irishman living in Scotland - the delivery exceeded expected dates ...........and, it is so comfortable - You should try one!

I’ve bought off of Modborn a few times now. The delivery took a little while as we ordered quite a lot of chairs. But the quality and finish was first class. Their aftercare service is also very good and they always got back to me with any query so would highly recommend them.

After a year of service of my chair, I had a issues with a gas strut. Replaced with no questions and delivered asap via USPS.
