I wanted to order an artichoke lamp and wanted to know details about delivery to Switzerland. I was helped on the phone, got email confirmation within minutes. Great service. When I ordered the product it was delivered within 5 days. The product is nice, it is of course nowhere near the original when it comes to details, but for the price it is great.

Great Service received from ModBorn Furniture. Ordered Sunday and chair arrived on Wednesday. Pretty good for delivery to the Scottish Highlands and at a reasonable delivery charge (some companies don't deliver here at all or charge an inflated rate). So, full marks on that.
