The best customer service I’ve ever experienced so far! I had concerns about if my wig would arrive on time for an event, and when I emailed them they were more than helpful in making sure that I could receive my wig in a timely manner and would always respond almost instantly! They even offered me several alternatives and also found other wigs similar to my own that would lessen the time it took for shipping. Extremely happy with this company and would definitely recommend! The hair was beautiful as well!

I ordered a 360 wig but had some questions before purchasing it. Asteria Hair answered all my questions and kindly sent me a pic of the wig so I could confirm it was the same as on the website. The customer service is great and their hair products are good too. Going forward I would not order hair from any other site.

First shipping was amazing...my address is hard to find so, i received a personal message from the shipper to confirm the address. The hair is nice and looks great...i will definitely purchase again.
