I have not received my order for which I got a shipping email on the 01/01/23 for and when I try to track it just keeps saying they are waiting for the parcel. Do not buy from these as it seems they just like to take your money and not sen you the goods. I have emailed them twice and had nothing in return. A shambles of a company. If you want to waste your money then buy from here.

I would give this even less than one star if it were possible. My parcel was ‘supposedly’ delivered to my neighbour, which is a lie. I had requested a delivery for the 16th of January and this was apparently delivered in the 14th to my neighbour, a signed for parcel was delivered to my neighbour without my consent. When I contacted CSD about this they claimed I should talk to DHL myself and do the needful, as on their end it shows delivered. Once I pointed it out that it was their responsibility by law, they said they contacted DHL express and they said it’s been sent out. Then I was asked to call them, once I called them Mohammad Shapan, was extremely rude and said I breached the contract by rearranging the delivery for the 16th, of Jan. Which is pointed out was completely wrong because only when I ask the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place, or nominate a neighbour is when I take full responsibility of the parcel and the retailer is no longer liable. Once I pointed that out, he said he’s not a law student, or lawyer and he doesn’t want to know the law. In a very demeaning tone he kept saying we are not in court, and that he’s a businessman. Again, I have the full recording of my phone call with him. Mohammad Shapan was EXTREMELY rude, refused to listen to a word I had to say and kept blaming me. Their customer service is HORRIBLE and I will be sure to spread this around because they have caused me nothing but anxiety and stress. This company has caused me financial and mental stress and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Ordered a pair of boots Prada, item fitted the description, sadly they were too big. No issue to reach someone on the phone. Very fast response time by email to initiate the return label, and very quick response time when I asked for an update on my return. It seems to be a new website, (i had never heard of it before) but I was really pleased with the whole process from A to Z. I will buy from them again without hesitation.

Since I wrote my last review where I was very disappointed that I had not received my Jimmy Choo boots in time for Christmas, I have just had them delivered and I am incredibly happy with them. The quality is unreal and I am grateful for the apology and explanation from CSD as to why my order was delayed. I will continue to be a loyal customer and hope that delivery for my next purchase is on time.

Still waiting for some boots I ordered 7 days ago. The courier UPS, picked the parcel up from CSD but it went missing and I never received my boots. Not CSD's fault, but I will avoid buying things from companies who use UPS as their couriers in future as this isn't the first time UPS have lost one of my parcels with expensive items in. Other than that I was happy with CSD's customer service as they have arranged a refund for me.

My purchase arrived quicker that I thought and in the condition described when I made the purchase and I love it. Thank you.
