13 of my stolen handbags found at csd

I have found 13 handbags stolen from my home selling at csd shop spread out between their Notting Hill and Ledbury shop. I have alerted the shop and yet my bags continue to be sold on their website to their customers. I have serious concerns of this is a frequent occurrence at csd and the sourcing of their hand bags. Whilst they claim the bags have come from a reputable account holder the account holder according to the police has no records of ownership of these bags as she is a consigned herself who receives handbags sometimes in the boot of an Uber. This is very worrying, are CSD and their account holder working with criminals to launder bags?

Easy on line purchase. However, I had seen the item in store. I would not have bought it from one online photo. csd need done professional multi angle photos for each item. You get better photos on eBay!

I have sent a message and an email…

I have sent a message and an email concerning the wrong advertised sizing of a Balmain dress I purchased for my wife. I have yet to receive a reply from either, this is no way to get me to ever purchase high end clothing from CSD in the future… can someone please respond to the email or messaging I sent?

Returned an item because the photos did…

Returned an item because the photos did not show the extent of damage and wear (it was melted and the piping was destroyed). QC accepted the return and said that a refund would arrive in 3-4 days and it’s been 2 weeks and hasn’t arrived. What’s worse is they are now IGNORING my emails and communication. Edit: No idea why they are calling me Rafaela, and the refund still hasn't arrived.
