Worst shopping experience Don't waste your time

Very pleased with my whole experience. Purchase, confirmation of order then delivery all went so well. Jacket I purchased is great and just as described so will have no hesitation in making others aware of this Co.

Absolutely brilliant service from CSD. When I had a question about an item they responded with a close up video of it within a couple of hours. Shipped promptly after purchase with secure delivery. And most importantly got the Chanel item for the most competitive price on the resale market - could not be happier.

I had been searching for preloved prada monolith boots but had a bit of a strict, perhaps unrealistic, budget. I unfortunately ordered a pair elsewhere which turned out to be fake so I became wary of purchasing them second hand. When I discovered CSD i was over the moon as they had the boots within my price range and offered a further 10% discount!!! They authenticate all of their items before posting them. The boots arrived well packaged and were in great condition. I feel so lucky to be an owner of these iconic boots. I can’t wait to shop here again xx

Really excellent quality and delivered asap

Efficient and exactly as expected.

They we're really good with their communication and polite. I've used other websites and their customer server is poor or none existent but CSD got back to me on the same day, we're really polite and patent in their correspondence. I got a direct and clear response as to when I'll get my item. When I did receive it, it was beautiful packed, they clearly care about their customers and I hope this continues. When your spending money on high end items you want to know there's someone there that will quickly and effectively answer any questions which CSD did. Thank you for caring.
