It was my first order but service was great, packing was pretty, delivery was quick and it was just as described! Will defo be using them again!

I used CSD to list some items of designer clothing for sale. The customer service was non existent from the beginning. They sold a dress they had listed on consignment for me after 3 weeks I was advised the purchaser had changed their mind and it was being returned. They refunded the purchasers money. I asked for the items to be returned to me as I thought the service was unsatisfactory. Upon receiving the item back the dress which was brand new with tags still attached when I sent it to them, was retuned very clearly dirty and worn with black stains on the skirt, it was covered internally with makeup and fake tan, the dress was also ripped in 2 places. This dress now is not only unwearable but also not in a saleable condition and worthless. I have sent messages for someone to return my call and also left voice messages but no one responds. I would never recommend anyone to use this company.
