Great service - final invoice explained well. Communication was great - Megan and Vivian were great at communication after a slightly slow start. The entire purchasing and selling process went smoothly. The only downside was that the Portal, which I was initially excited about for tracking progress, wasn't updated regularly.

Yewande has been fantastic throughout our whole conveyancing process. We had a few tight deadlines and change of plans in the chain but Yewande took it all in her stride and made sure the process was not stressful for us.

The whole process was very slow, and there was little to no support at any stage of the process. Communication was difficult, totally unprofessional (our solicitor spelt her name incorrectly?!) and some members of the team were condescending. Final straw came when solicitor made mistake in final invoicing. It almost left us over £12,000 out of pocket and I was just told "sorry you misunderstood". RG Law made a mistake and one that could have been very costly, and yet did not apologise. Then asked for a five star review! I would never use RG Law or recommend them to anyone.
