I had a will written and I could have paid less with a will writer,but I preferred to pay the higher fee for a legal professional

Yewande was very helpful and made things seem a lot more simpler and in plain english for a newbie buyer that has never encountered all the stresses of house buying before. Having had many poor experiences with conveyancing, it has been so refreshing to have RG Law, and specifically Sara and Yewande, look after our move. It has been protracted and a roller coaster but they have done what they've said (rare in our experience) and done it with empathy and knowledge. They've made a very difficult few months a little more bearable. I would say don't underestimate the value of appointing good solicitors. We could have got it cheaper, but we've done that before and it really wasn't worth it. A big thank you from us.

Instructed RG few weeks back , emailed our solicitor and copied in assistant no response for 2 days , phoned twice left message asking to contact me ? Nothing !!!! Communication is king we are paying customers and they can’t be bothered to acknowledge us. I don’t care what news it is just have common courtesy to acknowledge communication from a paying customer!!!
