Nadia Pinnock was prompt to answer emails and helpful in talking through some points I needed to clarify. I would have given 5 stars but having been told the draft Will would take about 5 weeks, I didn't hear anything for 3 months. I was told there was a high volume of people apply during 'free Will month', so assumed there was just a backlog. When I chased it up, I was informed that it was posted out before Christmas. I have never received that one, but a copy of the draft was promptly posted out to me on request.
