Contacted Goodmove to sell my house, which was in need of complete refurbishment and repairs. the same day i applied they offered me an acceptable price, given the condition of the property. In the end I sold to a local builder so did not require Goodmove's services. I was impressed with the service provided by Goodmove which was quick and professional. Even though I did not use their full services I would not hesitate to recommend them to someone who is not able to sell their property through the standard estate agent process.

Everyone above without exception have delivered on everything they have said and emailed me on. They have done the easy things really quickly, and the difficult things very well exceeding my expectations many times during the transaction. When I’ve called to speak with one of the team, they answer the phone in a timely fashion, and it’s clear this team work with and for each other very well. If only our solicitors were as friendly and speedy (Like Zoe!) we would have been in our new home already.
