A Ground-Breaking Company

GoodMove were quick, honest and efficient. Selling a property used to be a long and uncertain process involving antique bureaucratic conveyancing processes. With GoodMove, this is no longer the case. The whole sale, which was totally stress free incidentally, from beginning to end took just two weeks, and exchange of Contracts and Completion were both done on the same day! GoodMove are always available at the end of the phone - which in this day and age is very refreshing. All the 'old school' property buyers have a lot of catching up to do if they want to compete with this ground breaking company. A very satisfied customer - J.Bentley

Fantastic experience!! Great company!!

I’ve just sold my apartment with GoodMove due to a chain break with my sale and can honestly say they have been fantastic from the beginning. They’ve been so supportive and transparent throughout and made the process feel seamless and easy. If you value the time it takes to get a sale through rather than the value of the property itself, then GoodMove are the company to speak to. A special shoutout to Alexandra and Adam who are a credit to their company, I’m very appreciative of the help they provided throughout. The only thing I would say is the advisors I spoke to at the beginning of the process made a cash offer based on their independent research and valuation. They reassured me that the valuation and survey that takes place isn’t about the valuation figure, it’s about if there is anything legally or structurally wrong with the building. However when the valuation figure of the survey came back it was lower than expected and as a result they dropped my cash offer £5000. I think this was a little bit misleading as it was emphasised to me the valuation from the survey wasn’t taken into consideration when it came through. I think more transparency around this is potentially needed for future clients. But I still had a great experience with them and as a result, I was still able to go on and purchase my dream home. Thank you GoodMove and in particular Alexandra and Adam 😊
