We completed our sale with goodmove and can honestly say they made it as simple and trouble free as possible. On our initial call Max was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions promptly and professionally, leading us to choose goodmove over the other companies we spoke to. I must admit this isn't for everyone but if you are prepared to take less than full value this is an option which takes hassle away from the sale process. We were very happy with the outcome and would recommend without hesitation if you are wanting to sell quickly and without any stress.

Worst experience and waste of time time took time from my business to view property they had for sale Before I made viewing I made offer on property as was gonna be buy to let anyway so wasn’t looking to live in it and had tenant in situ so wasn’t to fussed about cosmetics But agent insisted that before the by can accept offer must view property I said that’s fine But I made my term clear I’m paying cash which agent agreed as the buyer had sale fall through and wanted to complete ASAP And fact that when I view It wouldn’t be marketed as I didn’t want to be messed about nore did I want to go view it and then start bidding was with someone else as my offer was firm as that’s was my budget She said it fine but insisted i viewed it theN She could I said it fine I did viewing and lady I met wasn’t same lady she told me she would be dealing with it not lady I spoke to I said that’s fine and if they could let me know she said today or tomrow So I was expecting call from lady I met at house then I got call from First Lady asking me about about property to now tell me she has offer £10000 more and if I wanted to better it when I made clear my Intentions and budget from day one Also now reading on there site it seems company is cash buyer or property’s from buyers so I beginning to wonder if there is any seller apart From them which they are not making clear as on there Website they say they buy houses cash so it’s either bought by them or they made offer to buy and want to sell house before completion of buying it and pocket the difference between what they paid home owner and what they sell property for Conclusion disappointed And feel deceived Not to mention time wasted ***update*** Since review had call from team almost instantly first was one of sales then director Adam who tried to offer me amazon vouchers to remove my review not GOOD BUSINESS practice and Wouldn’t acknowledge fact that review was posted to highlight issues I experienced and reflection of how I felt and hopefully improve and help company and allow others on trust pilot to see the experience I had and offered themoney isn’t gonna sway my experience as property I offered was for cash so not short of cash It’s just highlights issues further Up in management and makes me wonder if others have be changed since posting and they might not of been as blessed with cash as I am and may of done it due to the hard times lots are feeling due to epidemic we are experiencing I hope my true experience has helped others make a informed decision Update 2 You struggle to see what I’m complaining about yet you summarise things as though somehow your business hasn’t failed to do anything wrong when I made offer on property and failed to fulfil your side lets concentrate on your point About money like youu make out your very reputable Let’s be CLEAR you didn’t offer to pay for travel costs like u say u offered to buy me and asked for me to remove my review I politely declined this as I put value in my views and that others should be informed and shouldn’t experience what I went through if company acts underhanded and then fails to see what the failings even though these have been discussed at length and your business somehow thinks that You buy people like me and then can ask them to remove there reviews by Offering them monitory gain I hope in future people will value there opinion and review they add and leave them unchanged as I did. If placed in same situation I was in and let there views be read and help other make informed calculated decision
